A large coliving building with 80 rooms on 4 floors, plus a rooftop area with a small pool, lounge, laundry room and small coworking space (one table, six chairs). Very new, very secure and very nicely furnished, on a quiet street in a very affordable area with heaps of restros, bars, supermarkets and public transit within 5 min walking. Kitchens are perfect for self-catering. TIPS: Bed linens and towels are not included. See the attached room map and ask which room you will have BEFORE paying any money. Example: Room numbers ending in 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 are next to the common area, and rooms on Floor 0 (ground floor) have windows where people on the street can see into your room.

The booking system was easy to navigate, no unnecessary back and forth. And the customer service team is genuinely one of the best I've dealt with in any rental situation

Honestly one of the best living experiences I've had. Waka completely changed my expectations of coliving. The space is super well-maintained, booking was a breeze through their platform, and whenever I had a question the team got back to me within the hour. Solid 5 stars, no hesitation.

The residence is really well thought out and super recent— nice private rooms, amazing shared spaces, everything feels premium without being over the top. Did a lot of research before choosing a coliving in Spain and Waka kept coming up. Now I know why. Quality of the place is top-tier, everything works, the vibe is great. Reserving my room online took like 10 minutes. Customer service sorted a small issue with my contract super fast. Would recommend to anyone relocating.

Came for 2 months as a remote worker and it was just perfect. Fast wifi, comfortable room, well-equipped kitchen. The whole booking flow felt professional and transparent — knew exactly what I was paying for. Support team was friendly and efficient whenever I needed anything.

Great place, great people, great service. I stayed for 8 months and genuinely can't fault it. The quality of the building and rooms is really high — clearly a lot of care went into it. Booking was fully digital and intuitive. Had one maintenance request and it was handled the next morning. That's the level.

Very smooth booking experience. Emma was extremely helpful, responsive, and clear throughout the process. All my questions were answered quickly. I also visited the building and it is exactly as shown in the photos. New, clean, and very well maintained. I will stay for at least three months and I am excited to start this experience.
